MY NEW BLOG ~ Welcome from Kerryn Franks Sedgman.
I call myself an Eco Spiritual Environmentalist. I live in Australia and have been a natural and spiritual lifestyle therapist and teacher for more than thirty years. I was introduced to kinesiology in 1981 and have built a career as one of Australia’s pioneer developers teaching many forms of kinesiology and founded the first kinesiology college in the world. I specialise in my own work now which is Sacred Kinesiology, Soul Sign Astrology and Sacre Fleur botanical perfumery. I conduct workshops, lecture and teach internationally, also running eco-spiritual retreats and a clinic on my beautiful property called Karralla in central Victoria in Wheatsheaf Daylesford. As part of a new work lifestyle I have created a new blog and youtube channel under the name of The Art of Sacred Living. The Art of Sacred Living is a seminar series and philosophy consisting of five areas: Spiritual Intelligence, Ethical Intelligence, Financial Intelligence, Heart Intelligence and Pro-Planetary Intelligence.( see kerryn.com.au for more on the seminars.) I need subscribers to go live to air. This extra media platform allows me to expand my work and passions which engages deeper aspects on eco-spirituality, sacred health, sacred activism and the rise of the sacred feminine, new science and much more connected to planetary and human evolution. Each episode may last for five minutes or up to 30 minutes depending on the format. Some of my classes and lectures will be uploaded as well for students. WHATS BEING NAKED GOT TO DO WITH SACRED? Being Sacred and Naked is natural. Naked means being yourself and living a life that is real and can be seen, felt and is biodegradable. Sacred means reverence for self and all life. Nature brought us in naked and sacred for a reason. We did not get born in a polyester track suit, a soda in one hand and an IPhone in the other. What is sacred is naked food, naked clothes that had a past life as a plant and not invented by science, naked entertainment enjoying live music, live theatre, exercising outside, doing business with the planet. Talking face to face is almost a radical act of defiance against a controlled and two dimensional life.
Being sacred is being naked. When we first open our eyes on a new day, for a brief millisecond we are as exposed and as naked in thought as we feel that connecting breath which hits the sweet spot of being alive. Being Sacred is that moment.
Become part of our Soulgang. Lets not allow this to be the last generation that could enjoy a wild planet and her creatures, where we were able to eat real food, drink clean water and enjoy spiritual freedom.
